If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with exceptions. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have all no wear or tear on the cover or strap, and returned in the same packaging it came in.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, including no page marks, no perforated edges torn off, and no pages removed, bent, torn, or worn.

• Online courses that have been completed more than 25% of the way through.
